  Me and my wife have been with Cabarrus Family Medicine for 20 years. We remained loyal to them even as we moved further away from the nearest office. We are both on medications that require regular doctor visits and adjustments. My wife missed 3 appointments. Technically the third one she texted a reply to the doctor sent text that she could not make it but they did not care. They dumped us. They also said we can not go to any of the other cab family offices as well. This place has no heart it is all business. I will not recommend them to anyone.

  I wish I could give this place a negative star. I just wasted my time with this place today. I asked both receptionist and nurse I needed a doctor's note for work. Was hurried out of the office with my son. Called earlier today wondering if they could email or fax a doctor's note to my place of employment which h would be keeping and viewing said note. They declined the email. Understandable. They declined the fax saying I would have to leave work and come get it. From Albemarle to China grove is an hour. Not even suggesting my grandmother made them happy. So I missed an hour of work, drove my butt up there. Get there and ask for the note. They asked me to come back tomorrow so they could get someone to approve a doctor's note. Since when do they need a doctor to approve a note saying you saw the doctor. Please excuse said patient. So you can't fax it to my place if employment but from other patients or used to be patients you have faxed a public record of a doctor's note with no personal information other than date of birth, name and address to their said employees ???? There was t anything on the doctor's note that would have gotten anyone in trouble as was told to me by the head nurse. The front office staff is lazy. Finally found a dr that has helped me and I get this kinda treatment. This is unexceptable. This is not customer service. And this isn't how a doctor's office is supposed to run. Totally inconvienant. And thanks for the nurses who showed how incompatant a doctor's office can be. Next time make sure patients don't know one another before they compare your lies to every other one your staff has told. Legally can't fax a doctor's note due to personal information that was gonna be seen by my employer anyways? Operative word isn't can't. Operative word is won't and refuse. I refuse to be treated, lied to and rediculed for asking something of that staff to do that they have done plenty of times in the past. Guess I don't kiss enough butt huh?
